The wait is over; Team Engine is now available as a mobile app! This release brings core communication tools to your phone, giving managers and hiring teams the flexibility to use Team Engine while on the go.
Important: The mobile app is not for employees. If you use Team Engine to communicate with your crew, rest assured they will continue receiving regular text messages just like always. No app download is required on their part.
Instead, the app is designed for you—the operations leaders, hiring managers, and admins who want an easier way to manage workforce communication, recruiting conversations, and applicant messaging without being tied to a desktop computer.


Why We Built This
Our customers have been asking for a mobile app... and for good reason. Operations managers, field supervisors, and other mobile team leaders need a fast, reliable way to stay in touch without logging in from a computer.
This first version of the app is designed to solve a major pain point: mobile communication. Push notifications help ensure no message gets missed, and mobile messaging capabilities make it easy to stay in touch with applicants and employees from the field.
We also hope the app encourages more teams to get involved in Team Engine, especially those who’ve been held back by limited access to a desktop.
What You Can Do with the Team Engine App
With the new Team Engine mobile app, you can:

- Translate incoming and outgoing messages with applicants and employees
- Broadcast group announcements to employee lists

- Turn on push notifications to stay updated on new messages

Do employees need to download the app to receive messages?
No. Employees do not need the app and will continue receiving messages from Team Engine via regular SMS (or WhatsApp, if you use it). Nothing changes for them.
