Jon Gohl is the Director of Customer Experience at Aspire Software, where he’s spent the past decade helping hundreds of clients implement software, embrace change, and build efficient, process-driven operations. He leads Aspire’s strategic advocacy programs, including Aspire in Universities and Aspire Ambassadors, to support workforce development and strengthen customer partnerships. Jon serves on NALP’s Foundation Board and Government Affairs Committee, advocating for the Green Industry, and is a board member of Groundwork San Diego-Chollas Creek, supporting climate-safe, equitable communities. Outside of work, Jon enjoys cooking, spending time with his wife, and restoring air-cooled Volkswagens.
Chris Angelo is the CEO of Stay Green, a $40 million commercial landscaping company with 10 locations across Southern and Central California. He started in the industry working on his father’s crews and now leads a team of 500 with a focus on sustainability, community engagement, and strong workplace culture. Chris is a past chairman of one of California’s largest chambers of commerce and has served on several nonprofit boards, reflecting his commitment to civic leadership and the landscape industry.
