Harrison Downing

Harrison Downing, PRC ([email protected]) is a Senior Executive Search Advisor at BEST Human Capital & Advisory Group. A graduate of Indiana University, Harrison joined the BEST team in the fall of 2020 after spending five years growing a microbrewery, craft distillery, and gastropub brand throughout Indiana. There, he excelled at talent assessment, hiring, training, engagement, crisis management, and business development, believing that “shortcuts today lead to shortcomings tomorrow.” Passionate about horticulture, Harrison has also written and co-written several articles for major industry publications and is a Member of AmericanHort.
